Eat well. Plan simply.

Discover approachable meal ideas and estimate your grocery budget. Choose a dietary preference, household size and spending target to create a sample seven-day dinner plan. Original recipes include measured quantities that scale with the number of people.

About these estimates: Recipe costs are illustrative ingredient allowances, not live grocery-store prices. Diet tags are preferences, not an allergy-safety guarantee. Check each product label and cross-contact risks, especially broth, sauces and spice blends. Choose gluten-free-labeled products where needed; check portion sizes and nutritional needs independently. This is not medical or individualized dietary advice.

Amounts use grams (g), milliliters (ml), or individual items (each), not package counts. Measured quantities can have up to three decimal places. Recipe amounts scale with people and meal choices. Manually edited amounts and removals stay in place until you reset them, including when the budget changes.

Retailer links open their websites. They do not automatically populate a shopping cart or guarantee local availability. Copy your list to use while shopping.

Recipe amounts are planning estimates, not package sizes or a nutritionally complete meal prescription. Buy enough to cover the measured amount, accounting for trimming and drained weight; use a kitchen scale or measuring jug. Salt, pepper and tap water are optional pantry items and are not listed. Reset restores recipe amounts and removed recipe ingredients, but keeps custom items and owned marks. Changing list amounts does not change recipe-card quantities or illustrative cost allowances. Actual brands, pantry supplies, package sizes, taxes and waste may change spending. Supplements are not recommended by this tool; ask a qualified clinician before starting supplements for a medical concern.

Cooking and food safety

These original recipes are planning starting points, not kitchen-tested guarantees. Portion needs and cooking times vary. Use a food thermometer: poultry, including ground turkey, must reach 165°F (74°C); salmon 145°F (63°C); egg dishes 160°F (71°C). Keep raw meat and fish separate from ready-to-eat food and clean hands, surfaces and utensils after handling them.

Refrigerate or freeze perishable food within two hours, or within one hour above 90°F (32°C). Keep the refrigerator at 40°F (4°C) or below. Reheat leftovers to 165°F (74°C). A seven-day plan is not an instruction to store all cooked meals in the refrigerator for a week; plan safe storage or freeze portions.

FDA guidance on safe cooking temperatures, handling and refrigeration. Food-safety guidance checked October 25, 2026. No calorie, nutrient, therapeutic-diet or supplement recommendations are calculated.

Custom items stay on your list when dietary preferences change; they are not checked against the selected diet.
